In a nutshell.. We fix and sell computers. For in-store service drop your computer off at the shop during regular business hours. Oh, and if yer really lucky Franco will give you a free pen (hes very fond of pins).For in-home or in-office service complete the online request or give us a call.
There is usually a one or two day turnaround. A technician will call you when the system is ready to be picked up. Bench Fees are due when the system is dropped off and cover all labor completed, labor is not charged by the hour. If additional parts or a different type of labor is required you will be called and asked for authorization prior to the work being done. Now for the chart..

Retail parts 3yr (manufacturer), everything else is 1yr. All parts installed have a 1 year warranty. "Behold the warrenty, the bold print givith and the fine print taketh away.."
\\ Forensics Data Recovery
Core has added Forensics Data Recovery to its list of computer services. If you are a District Atty, Detective, Investigator, Private Investigator, Lawyer and you need to obtain data from a hard drive for a case, be it criminal or divorce, we can obtain that data for you. Even if they think it has been deleted. We will secure the drive, fill out a chain of custody form and testify on behalf of our client as to the findings or lack of findings on the computer.

Core Computer Technologies is committed to helping your business succeed by providing you with complete computer solutions. Whether you need to upgrade an old computer, purchase a new computer, set-up an entire network of computers, or service your existing network, we can meet your needs and keep your business running. Our technicians are A+, MCP, and MCSE certified.
The Specifics
Regular Service Call rates are $100.00 per hour.
- Tier One:
10 hours at a rate of $90.00 per hour, for a savings of $100.00 for the year.
- Tier Two:
15 hours at a rate of $85.00 per hour, for a savings of $225.00 for the year.
- Tier Three:
20 hours and up at a rate of $80.00 per hour, for a savings of minimum $400.00 per year.
All service contracts listed above are based on a one-year contract. Multiple contracts may be purchased throughout the year.
\\ Maintenance Agreements
Maintenance agreements are based on $30.00 per computer per month for a one-year agreement.
Service includes:
• Clean CD-ROM drive
• Clean floppy drive
• Remove dust from computer interior
(which, if not removed, could lead to hardware failure)
• Windows clean up and optimization
